Preet is the W Network’s money expert, the host of Million Dollar Neighbourhood on The Oprah Winfrey Network, a financial panelist on CBC’s The National and personal finance columnist for The Globe & Mail. In addition, Jason has completed numerous financial, tax and estate planning specialty courses from a variety of organizations. Promod (“pro-MODE”) is the Founder of Money 50/50. He’s an insurance actuary (FSA, FCIA) who designed personal life/health products for various companies and then helped advisors across Canada sell them. In 2009, Promod started using his insider insights to help the public instead. He’s been interviewed in publications ranging from general (e.g., The Globe and Mail, the Toronto Star) to niche (e.g., Beyond Risk). He was the sole nominee from the financial sector for a 2011 Business Excellence Award from the Toronto Board of Trade.
